AquaOptima determines daily water consumption and its spatial distribution within the plot to recommend when, where and how much to water your crop.
HOW WE DO IT
We combine biomass data (cover, density) and crop transpiration, along with soil information and climate data to calculate the water balance: the difference between the water that enters and leaves the soil over a period of time.
AquaOptima can function interchangeably with or without soil moisture sensors. The farmer plans their irrigation strategy and can define different minimum moisture thresholds throughout the growing production cycle.
